Your appointment is time reserved Just For YOU. In fairness to you and all clients, we will be enforcing the following new cancellation policy.
There will be a charge for all missed appointments without a
24-hour notice. A 48-hour notice is required on treatments of one hour duration or more, packages, and multiple services. Lack of notice will result
in a 50% charge of the value.
Deposit Required: A credit card will reserve your appointment for any Spa Package
or any service of one hour or longer.
If you have a gift card and you would like to reserve your appointment with the gift card, you may come in with your card to make your appointment. If you fail to show or cancel with enough notice, 50% of your service fee will be deducted from the value of your gift card. |
