professionals providing our services have years of knowledge and
expertise. Because our professionals are good, they are in high demand
and they book in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your
appointment is time reserved Just For YOU.
In fairness to you and all
clients, the following will be enforced:
~ We will require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment.
~ There
will be a charge for missed appointments without a 24-hour notice.
~ A
48-hour notice is required on treatments of more than one hour duration,
packages, and multiple services.
Lack of notice will result in a 50%
charge of the value.
~ Deposit Required: A credit card will reserve your appointment for any Spa Package or any service longer than one hour in duration. .If
you have a gift card, you may reserve your appointment
with the gift card. If you fail to show or cancel with adequate notice, 50% of
your service fee will be deducted from the value of your gift card or you credit card.
~ Should you have multiple offenses, we will still service you if you prepay for your reserved time.
